Free CSS Templates - the basic design of this site started with the use of their templates. It's much easier to use one of their templates than to start by scratch!
ZenPhoto - they have easy to use, free templates to run photo galleries. My gallery uses the theme "cimi"... I just edited it a bit :)
Bureau of Meteorology - nearly every official observation, radar, synotpic chart, statistic and weather maps comes from them.
BSCH - this site just continues to build. Ben has done a heap of work incorporating GFS forecasts and BoM soundings. Now the webcams are sprouting up all over SEQ - just great stuff.
